Real estate is more than contracts and transactions. It's about leadership, relationships, and the responsibility we have to serve our clients, our communities, and our profession.
Over the past two decades, I've built businesses, led teams, managed investment properties, brokered real estate transactions, developed educational programs, and served in leadership roles throughout our industry. Those experiences have shaped how I teach today.
I don't teach theory.
I teach what works in the real world.
As the owner of D&D School of Real Estate, partner and principal broker of Realty Executives Hometown Living, and previous owner of two Property Management Inc. franchises serving Middle Tennessee, I've had the opportunity to experience nearly every side of the real estate business: from brokerage leadership and property management to commercial investment and professional education.
Whether I'm leading a continuing education class, speaking at an industry conference, or presenting to a brokerage, my goal is always the same: provide practical strategies that professionals can apply immediately to build stronger businesses, reduce risk, and better serve their clients.
Education has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I've developed professional courses, teach for REALTOR® associations across Tennessee, earned multiple instructor credentials, and actively serve organizations dedicated to advancing the real estate profession.
Beyond the classroom, I believe leadership means giving back. I proudly serve in leadership roles with local, state, and national real estate organizations and remain actively involved with community organizations including Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville and the SONRISA Latino Resource Center.
At the end of the day, my mission is simple:
Help real estate professionals become better leaders, build better businesses, and leave our industry stronger than we found it.
